Difference in presentation between sagittal sinus, lateral sinus and cavernous sinus thrombosis?
A
- sagittal: empty delta sign on venography
- lateral: 6th and 7th nerve palsies
- cavernous: ophthalmoplegia, periorbital oedema, trigeminal neuralgia

- reduced GCS
- bilateral pinpoint pupils
