Before Jesus was crucified, he had 2 trials. One with Caiphas and the second with Pontious Pilate. Some of the rules of a trial were broken. These were having the trial during a festival(passover) and it happened during late at night.

On the road to Emmaus 2 disciples were greeted by an unknown man. They take him back to Cleopas’ house and as the man broke the bread, the disciples realised it was Jesus. Thomas did not believe it was him at first but when he put his hands in Jesus’ wounds he believed.

The birthday is the churches birthday because on this day the power of the holy spirit baptised 3000 people.

Ascension day: 10 days before the pentecost
