Yes, i am working full time and i have to wake up very early. At beginning, I felt very struggle to wake up that early, but now i am getting used to it.

I think being an administrative assistant is very challenging where i can practice my organization skill and problem solving skills

i like my job since this is the first job i got after i graduate from university and i feel i’ve learnt a lot from this position. However, i am looking for a more challenging job in the future to fulfill my potential.

do you miss being student.

Yes i did, when i was in school, the only thing i need to take care of is my grade. My parents will take care of me and i don’t need to worry much about the reality, but everything has changed. I need to be responsible to every aspect of my life. Sometimes, it ‘s stressful. I kind of miss the days in school.

Is there any kind of technology you use at work?

I mainly use excel to arrange class and manage customer information. The other software i use is zoom where the classes are hold. Moreover, sometimes, i need to use social media to post some special offers to attract new customers.

Can you manage your time well when your work?

Yes, i will write down every deadline of each task and make sure it is finished before deadline. Just in case if i cannot finish the tasks during my shift, i will write a note to make sure my co-work will do it.

My senior, definitely. Her name is Mei who is the person trained me to become an administrative assistant. If i have any question regarding works or how to solve problems produced during work, i will always ask her.

The best transport facility in my hometown is subway. There is a subway station very close to my home and can take subway to go to many places around the city. I can still remember the good time when i hang out with my friends by taking subway

My family loves to stay in the living room because there is a huge TV. My mom likes to watch some movies and TV shows. My father like to drop himself into his work. He usually sitting in table in living room to deal his work.

i currently live in a house. I live there because they are pet friendly. I discovery that it is very hard to place a place where pet is allowed.

Not really, my current place is just a transitional place for renting because i just start to work not long. I plan to move to a better place when my job getting more stable

I live alone. My parents are back in China. I went to Canada to seek independence, but after so many years, i start to precious the time with my family

I have been living there for eight month. I like its convenience since it’s around the city center, but sometimes it is too noisy. Especially, during weekends, i want to have a wake up from a full sleep. It becomes disturbing when i woke up by traffic noise.

when i am in my room, the most time are spend on my laptop. I use my laptop to watch movies, study and finish my work. Sometimes, i will cook in my kitchen.

I think it’s my bedroom, since i rent the house with my roommates. i feel only relaxed when i stay inside my personal bedroom.

what’s the difference between where you re living now and where you lived past?

i used to live in a flat where is located in a quieter place. i think it’s more convenient to live in a flat because i don’t need to pay attention to maintain the garden neat and clean, but there are more regulations in apartment. for example, if i lost the fob, i need to report to the building managements in order to get a new one which is every expansive.

what can you see when you look out the window of your room?

i can see the yard of my house, and i can also see the main street. The cross street is a Travelodge hotel. It’s a pretty busy area where i can see people passing by all the time.

Yes, I would. although i love the prosperity of the city, it is less complex in the countryside. Moreover, it is cheaper to live in the countryside since it is cheaper to rent a house there.

To be honest, i dont know since i havent be back for many years. If i have chance i would like to be back with my family.

It is a big city. There are around 12 million people live there. Although i had lived there for eighteen years, i can’t say i know most places of the city

I had lived there for 18 years. I was born and grow up there. There are so much memory produced there, good and bad.

My hometown is Tianjin where is really close to Beijing. It’s only two hours’ drive. Tianjin is a port city. The port is fourth largest in the world if the ranking hasn’t change. Therefore, there are lots of international companies located there.

Yes, since there is close to different facilities, such as grocery, school and public transportation. It’s really convenient to get staff for basic needs.

To be honest, i don’t know since i dont know my neighbors and i didnt have chance to communicate with them.

There is a new grocery store opened which makes my life a lot easier. in addition, there is a new sky train station is in process of conduction, so i think there will be more convenient in the future.

i really like to go to a cafe around my area. i feel like i can concentrate more at outside, so if i want to finish something quick or there is a deadline upcoming, i will stay at that cafe very late until the task is finished.

Yes, i do. when i was a child, i like watching animation such as detective Conan. I still like it now. although sometimes the plots are too dramatic, i still love it because it can give me a sense of youth when i watch it.

I prefer coffee. one reason is that i think it is easier to get coffee compared to tea. in addition, there are more choices of coffee. for example, i can choose expresso, cappuccino, or latte.

Basically, i drink coffee every single day. At first, i did not like the taste of coffee. I thought it is too bitter, but when i get used to it, i start to like it. in addition, coffee can help me wake up. i really need it before i start to work.

Traditionally, Chinese people like to drink tea since tea is a traditional drink for thousands of years but today, there are more and more people start to drink coffee. i think it’s due to the impact of western culture, like in the movie, actors are drinking Starbucks, not tea. As a result, more and more people, especially youngsters start to drink coffee.

it’s depends on my guest’s flavor. if they like coffee, i would serve coffee. if they like tea, i would serve tea.

no i dont, i wish i could because when i was child i was overwhelmed by the homework and exams. I lived i a place where school is very competitive. i didnt have the chance to learn musical instrument.

i would not say so, i think student should learn musical instrument based on student’s interest. For students who likes playing musical instrument, they can learn it. on the other hand, for students have talents in different area they should learn learn something that they really interested in.

yes i did, however, learning musical instrument is really time consuming since it take a lot of time to practice. you really need to have the muscle memory to master it, so i gave up after a few classes.

i really like guitar. i really like the sound guitar makes. in addition, i think guitar are suitable for different music types. for example, guitar are perfect for countryside music, rock, and even classic. if i have chance in the future to learn a musical instrument, i would choose guitar.

i think robots will make our live more easier. for example, robot can do some dangerous work. what’s more robots can help people who are disabled. lastly, robots can also provide some emotional support to help people with depression.

yes, i do. i think robot will be next trend of technology revolution. if i can know more knowledge of robot, i can get more advantage in work place in the future.

i really like a animated film called dola A meng. the story is about there is a robot which come from future with advanced technology. and there is a kid who always bullied by his classmates. the dola A meng uses his technology to make the kid away from bulling. i think that might be the reason why i like robots and that film is really interesting.

Yes i do, i sometime use AI robot to help me finish my work. for example, i have write emails on a daily basis. sometimes i felt lazy to do that since i have to be careful about the word choice and grammar, so i decide to use ai robot to help me write the letter. it’s only takes up to one min to generate an three hundred words email.

will you feel comfortable if you are in a car driven by a robot?

i am not sure, first, i feel it is hard to accept that i have to rely a system regarding my safety. on the other hand, when taking a flight, it is someone else drive the plane too. it might be safer to let a robot drive my because as a human i need some reaction time when danger appears. if robot has a more reliable system on danger reaction, why not use them. in addition, i am aware that many drivers cannot control their emotions on the roads which is very dangerous. i think it might be a good choice if robot can drive.

no i dont, i think in noise place, i have a harder time to concentration. in addition, when i want to have a good rest, i want a place where is quiet and comfortable. if i cannot have a good rest, i will have very bad temper, so like to stay in quiet place.

there are libraries where i think is quiet. people over there need to follow the rule of keep quiet

yes, certainly. there are noise necessary for work. for example, there is house need to be constructed. there will inevitable noise in order to finish the work. i think noise is okay as long as it is during day time.

yes i like, but i only play loud music in my headset, so it wound disturb others. i think loud music many make people really enjoy the bits the sounds, but people must be aware that not everyone wants to listen that music. Therefore, it is really important minimize the impact.
