Rights for the employer
In case of a work contract, the employer automatically owns all the rights on his employees’ creations. It must not be specified in the contract.

The database’s users benefit from 2 exceptions:
- They can take all the necessary acts to have access to the database
- They can take parts of the database without, however, taking the structure of the database
