Part 135 is applicable to any South African operator engaged in commercial air transport operation using:

aeroplanes registered in the republic of South Africa -

1. Having a maximum certified passenger seating capacity of __ or ___ as authorised in the initial type certificate issued to such aeroplane; or
2. Operating in an all-____ configuration having a maximum certificated take-off mass of _ 618kg or ____
