Enough fuel to fly to point of intended landing plus 45 minutes at normal cruising speed
What are the cruising altitudes for VFR flights above 3000 MSL between 0 (north) and 179 degrees
Odd altitude thousands plus 500 feet
Example; 3500, 5500, 7500, etc
What is the cruising altitude for VFR flights from 180 degrees to 359 degrees above 3000ft MSL?
Even altitudes thousands plus 500 ft
Example 4500ft, 6500 ft, etc

Who has right of way if two airplanes of same type are approaching at the same altitude ?
The air craft to the other right has the right of way

The aircraft being overtaken has the right of way and overtaking pilot shall alter course to the right to pass we’ll clear
