A

Non-drug treatment-
Phsyiotherapy if balance or motor function problems are present. Speech and language therapy if they develop communication, swallowing difficulties etc

Medication-
1st line
motor symptoms-Co-careldopa or co-beneldopa

motor symtoms do not affect quality of life-
levodopa, MAOI, non ergot DRA

Non ergot DRA;
Pramipexole
ropinrole
rotenone

MAOIs:
rasagline
selegiline

or COMT inhibitors such as Entacapone or tolcapaone as adjunct to levodopa.

Ergot derived and levodopa should only be considered if symptoms are not adequately controlled with non ergot DRA.
