> Pain Assessment (DOLOR) (important for STEMI 12 hours)
Worse on inspiration/ Expiration?
Any associate coughs of colds?
Any Nausea or Vomiting?
Any lightheaded or Dizziness?
Any Back Pain?
Any shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Are they Sweaty?
Any Syncopal episodes?
Any fatigue?
