Begins 6 hrs before parade commences

What of there was to be a procession but then it doesn’t go ahead? Can you seize alcohol if people have assembled with a view to taking part in it.

Any person who for purpose of hindering a lawful public procession or of annoying anyone taking part
A) hinders molests or obstructs any of them
B)acts in a disorderly way to them
C)behaves offensively and abusively towards them

An officer not below rank of inspector

B)the purpose is to intimidate others to do something or refrain from doing something

1) a person who uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or displays any written material which is threatening etc is guilty of an offence if
A) he intends there by to stir up hatred or arouse fear or
B)having regard to all circumstances fear is likely to be stirred up
CAN BE IN A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PLACE BUT ONLY IN PRIVATE IF ABLE TO BE SEEN ON OUTSIDE

Can you be guilty of publishing offensive material?
Yes. If it is threatening abusive or insulting and they
A)intends to stir up hate or arouse fear
B)in circumstances fear etc would have been stirred up
Is there an offence for being in possession of matter intended to stir up hatred?
Yes. It can be written or visual
Do you have a POE to enter to search for articles or recordings likely to stir up hatred?
Yes. On oath to magistrate under 14 of public order NI order
Can use reasonable force if necessary
