What is a Parable ?
A simple story used to illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson , as told by Jesus in the new Testament / gospels.

A jewish man is robbed , beaten and left by the side of the road . He is ignored by a priest and a temple official but then a stranger from Samaria helps him , despite their differences between their communities

Someone who spends money recklessly ( carelessly )
What happened in the story of the prodigal son?
2 sons were working form their dad . The dad gave his sons their share of money . 1 son left and spent all his money and the other stayed with his dad and saved it . When the son came home with no money the dad was so happy to see him . This made the other son feel less than his brother . The dad throws a party because the son came back .

The part of religion, concerned with death judgement and the final destiny of the soul and of human mankind

The sheep are nice people and they are bad people
What are the qualities of sheep and the goats?
The sheep donate and feed the hungry and the goat don’t

The early death is not the end of the Christian journey
