what causes papular urticaria
A
immune reaction due to insect bites, fleas and bedbugs.

how long does it take to resolve
A
May take several weeks to resolve

what are the clinical features (4)
A
- very itchy
- erythematous papules, with predilection of extremities
-May be generalized in severe disease - lack of burrows
- lack of history of involvement in family members

how can you manage papular uticaria
A
- Prevent bites
- Protective wear during susceptible times
- treat house/environments known to be infested - Medical
- Topical steroids
- Treat any associated superinfection
- Antihistamines for itch
