what are the clinical features (4)

A
  1. very itchy
  2. erythematous papules, with predilection of extremities
    -May be generalized in severe disease
  3. lack of burrows
  4. lack of history of involvement in family members

how can you manage papular uticaria

A
  1. Prevent bites
    - Protective wear during susceptible times
    - treat house/environments known to be infested
  2. Medical
    - Topical steroids
    - Treat any associated superinfection
    - Antihistamines for itch
