Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP) is a milk enzyme & indicator of milk quality->Its presence even after pasteurization indicates presence of microbes that may not have been rendered inactive with pasteurization

Filter paper was used to prepare detector.->F.Paper cut in small discs->soaked in chemical probes(i.e.antibodies) that specifically bind with ALP-> ALP & Probe on contact turn white paper in coloured->changed colour photographed in app->values crosschecked to know quality
