A
- By weight (grams per square meter or gsm)
- Usually between 80gsm and 170gsm

A
- By thickness (microns) and weight (two boards can be same weight but different material)
- Any weight greater than 170gsm is Board

Corrugated Cardboard
A
- Lightweight but strong
- Thick but light (3000 microns or 3mm upwards)
- Fluted structure meaning hard to fold in certain directions
- Space between layers allows absorption of bumps and insulation of contents
