Human resources. refers to the coordination of all issues relating to the people a business employs, to ensure that the business is able to operate

the number of workers that report to a single superior
what is the chain of command
The path which instructions are passed. Instructions are passed from one level of management to another.
what is a hierarchy
Shows how the organisation is organised, it can be tall or flat.
what is a delegation
when a manager allocates a task to a subordinate.
what is a subordinate
A worker that works under the authority of a manager or supervisor.
what is a flat organisational structure
A flat organisational structure is one with few or no middle management layers between employees and leadership.
what is a tall organisational structure
has many leaders and layers of management
what is the definition of communication
the process of message being passed between a sender and a recipient
- Internal-Between people who work in the same organisation

5.Formal-When the means of communicating are through official channels

8.Two-way-When the person receiving the message can reply to the sender.
