Panic Disorders ( 2- 3 % of general population / teens and early 20s ) more women then men )
Recurrent unexpected panic for a period of at least a month of : worry of additional attacks / worry of implications of the attacks / significant changes in behaviour because of attacks
it feels like it comes from nowhere but it does in fact come from somewhere

What is Agoraphobia
fear in all kinds of spaces where they feel endangered
Marked with fear or anxiety for more than 6 months :
using public transport
being in enclosed spaces
standing I line in a crowd
being outside of home alone.
What are the markers/ DSM 5 criterion ( 1 to 2 % prevalence and late 20s prevalence females more than males )
they are afraid that help would be impossible to find and that they might be embarrassed .
