What was the usual habit of the children in the old days?
Children in the olden days didn’t need parents to look after themselves. They would get their food from the fruits that gré on tree. There were no lessons to thought and everybody played games and danced around. The best was that the children never fought among themselves
What was the first thing Pandora saw and what did she ask Epimetheus?
The first that pandora saw was an enormous box. She asked questions like “what do you have in the box” and “who gave it to you”
Describe the Box which Epimetheus had.
The box was a piece of artwork. It was made of dark wood and was highly polished. Around the edges there were figures of graceful beings and the prettiest children. In the middle of the box there was a picture of a beautiful baby. The figures looked like lively creatures but all of them wore a mischievous look.
What were the various ways Pandora thought of so that she could open the box?
Pandora first tried to lift the box but it was too heavy for her. She raised one end of the box a few inches from the floor and let it fall again with a loud thump. She then tried to untie the golden not on the box and she could finally open the box.
What happened when the box opened?
The cottage grew very dark and clouds covered the sun. There was thunder and all was ignored by Pandora. Out of the box came out horrible looking creatures witch looked like giant mosquitoes and had wings of a bat and there were long stings on their tails. These creatures hurt Pandora and Empimetheus.
What made Pandora open the box again? Describe the figure that came outside the box after opening it the 2nd Time.
When Pandora and Epimetheus were at the corner of the cottage. Pandora heard a cheerful voice which lightened her heart at every word that Pandora heard. The creature who was calling Pandora kept on asking her to open the lid. When Pandora finally opened the lid she was amazed by the sunny figure which came out of the box. The sunny figure is called hope and healed the hurts of Pandora and Epimetheus. Hope was kept in the box to fix the troubles caused by the ugly creatures. Pandora and Epimetheus wanted Hope to stay with them forever. We shall remember that we are never alone and always have hope by our side.
What do the creatures represent in the story Pandora and Mysterious Box?
The hideous little creatures were the earthly trouble. There we many kinds of Cares; there more than 150 sorrows. There were also diseases in a vast number. There were more kinds of wickedness one could talk about
