A

Hereditary pancreatitis:

  • AD 80% penetrance
  • Recurrent mild attacks from 5yrs old
  • Chromosome 7 - PRSS1
  • High trypsin –> pancreatitis
  • High risk of pancreatic cancer

SPINK1 mutation

  • Adolescents with chronic pancreatitis
  • Normal trypsin
