Name five non BRCA syndromes associated with breast cancer and their other cancers

A

Li-Fraumeni syndrome (p53 mutation) is associated with breast cancer and also associated with sarcomas, brain tumors, leukemia, and adrenocortical malignancies.

Cowden syndrome (PTEN mutation) is associated with breast cancer and also associated with mucocutaneous lesions, thyroid cancer, and endometrial cancer.
Ataxia telangiectasia (ATM mutation) can be associated with breast cancer and also with cerebellar and neuromotor deterioration, lymphoma, and leukemia.
Muir-Torre syndrome (mutations in MLH1 and MSH2) is most commonly associated with multiple skin tumors as well as benign and malignant tumors of the GI and genitourinary tracts. Occasionally, these patients can also have breast cancer.
Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome is not associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.
