Pain Points Flashcards
what you want to do.... does that make sense...
Pain Point - Low # of Reviews
Patients don’t get an accurate representation of what their visit will be like.
Pain Point - Protection
Since you only have 7 reviews right here, your 5 star representation is super vulnerable if someone were to go online and leave you a bad review today.
Pain Point - Old Reviews #1
Patients want to read about what their visit will be like from your patients who came into the office yesterday, last week and 3 weeks ago!
Pain Point - Old Reviews #2
I’m sure you’ve seen more than 2 happy patients in the last 3 years!
Pain Point - Bad Reviews (Complaints) #1
These low ratings are bringing down your overall star rating to a 3.2, which is the first thing patients see when they look at you online.
Pain Point - Bad Reviews (Complaints) #2
Obviously this isn’t a fair or accurate representation of your practice.
Pain Point - Bad Reviews (Complaints) #3
What’s concerning is that potential patients will read this review and ask themselves “is what happened to Mark going to happen to me on my visit?” and that could be pretty scary
Pain Point - Bad Reviews (Complaints) #4
I’m not focused and could care less about this specific complaint, the problem is that you don’t have a lot of positive ratings so this complaint is really prominent
Pain Point - Bad Reviews (Complaints) #5
You and I both know this wasn’t a real patient, but prospective patients and referrals don’t!
