Lots of reviews (option #2):
I can see you have _ reviews here, here and here, so patients are definitely talking about you! This is on the first page of Google, do you know what i’m talking about?
Negative reviews:
You actually have _ reviews on here and I noticed that one of them had been a complaint that was posted _ weeks ago. Have you seen that? Yeah, it’s always a bummer to get one of those, have you tried to do anything to get new feedback on here? Okay well this is exactly what we help out with, I can show you how it works really quick, are you in front of your computer?

What’s concerning about this is that because you don’t have a lot of reviews, the negative ones are really prominent and they are one of the first things that patients see - and a patient could read these reviews and ask themselves “is what happened to this patient going to happen to me when I come in for my visit?” That’s why what you need to do is get a tone of positive reviews on here that will push those negative ones down and bring your overall rating up, does that make sense?
