Scabies management?
A
Conservative:
-Remove and wash clothes, bed clothes and soft toys to remove eggs and mites.
Medical:
- Permethrin (Scabicidal medication)
- Antibiotics in case of secondary bacterial skin infeciton
- Oral antihistamines
- Topical steroids
