Treatment for talipes equinovarus

A

Splintage with Ponseti technique - 5-6 weekly cast changes to correct deformity
80% require tenotomy of Achilles tendon
After deformity corrected, brace of boots attached to bar for 3 months (23 hrs/day) and then during sleep until 3-4 years
