Repeat at 20 minute intervals if required.

Nebulise Salbutamol:
Small Children (2-4 years): 2.5mg (1.25 mL)
Medium Child (5-11 years): Salbutamol 2.5- 5mg (1.25-2.5mL) nebulised
Repeat same dose at 20 minute intervals,
Ipratropium Bromide: 250 mcg Nebulised

Paed Drug Doses

A

Nebulised Salbutamol:
All Children (2-11 years): Salbutamol 10mg (5mL) Nebulised. Repeat at 5-minute intervals. if required
Ipratropium Bromide: 250 mcg (1ml) Nebulised
IM adrenaline: 10 mcg/kg - repeat at 5-10 minute intervals (max 30mcg/kg IM)
Dexamethasone 600 mcg/kg IV/Oral (max 12g)
