Salbutamol over 6 yrs 4-12 doses 
less than 6 years 2-6 doses pt take 4 breaths for each dose

Small child (2-4yrs) Salbutamol 2.5mg (1.25ml) neb 
Medium child (5-11yrs) Salbutamol 2.5-5mg (1.25-2.5ml) 
Large child (12-16yrs) Salbutamol 5mg (2.5ml) repeat at 20 min intervals
