Plan phase
identifies resource requirements and the sequence of events in the development process.
Training Project Plan (TPP)
blueprint for curriculum development. Describes all the factors necessary to prepare and conduct a successful training program and attain optimum use of personnel, hardware, and funds.
TPP
TPP is required to document any of the six triggers.
What are the 6 triggers.
(i) New Training Course
(ii) Modified Training Course (Revision)
(iii) Change in Course Instructional Strategy or Delivery Method

a. Assigned to uniquely identify each Course of instruction and its location.
b. Courses with the same CIN taught at more than one location will have individual system-assigned CDPs.
3. Course Mission Statement – Job
a. Provides the “who”, “what job”, “degree of qualification”, the “where”, and “conditions” for training.
