What are your strengths?
During my past experiences, I’ve found myself to excel in a few areas.
I am goal oriented, self motivated, and I’m adamant about making useful contributions to my team. These qualities all allow me to have an ongoing drive to succeed within any environment.
I am very personable, passionate, and I favor creating authentic conversations, which all leads to effective communication skills, and long lasting relationships.
And I am highly organized, and attentive to detail, which stems from a lot of my past experiences, such as-writing delicate details about trauma patients In the emergency department, leaving no room for mistakes.
What is your greatest weakness?
I sometimes get too carried away with projects, I become very focused dialed in, which although could be beneficial, It can at times get in the way of other things that require my attention. When I notice myself falling into this loop, and having unequal attention towards my work, I try to step back and assess ways to balance my work, without effecting the desired outcome. I also reflect on how to avoid any future work that is similar.
Why did you leave your last job?
I left my last job because because after working in the emergency department for time, I didn’t feel that I had room for professional development or growth. I spoke with my management to discuss other opportunities within the company, but they were limited on available positions, and these positions congruently did not foster the kind of challenges and goals that I’m looking for. I don’t want to be in a stagnant position, I don’t want to move on a linear scale, I want to move vertically, i
Have a growth mindset. And so although I gained valuable experiences, I have a more focused outlook on what kind of industry I want to continue my career in.
Tell me about yourself
I am someone who is extremely detail oriented, which helps me have a strong organizational capacity.
I have an extensive history working with different professionals, to create successful relationships.
I’ve personally developed excellent customer service skills over the years, and I understand how important this is to your company in successful outbound calls, appointments, and winning solutions. In my most recent serving job, I maintained #1 in sales for 3 consecutive months, and had a 30-40% lead in sales over a majority of my peers.
And I understand that your businesses growth is direct result of someone like my selfs ability to continually work hard, successfully complete all of my tasks and duties, and provide excellent customer service inline with company standards.
Why do you want to work here
I initially saw this job posting on Indeed, and after reviewing the job description a few times, I felt like the requirements and duties necessary for the position were already skills I had became highly proficient in. But, I wanted to get a better scope of the various industries you work with, and and the work culture that I would actually apply these skills. I immediately watched the testimonials video outlined on the homepage, and was impressed by how this company has been able to excel these candidates so quickly, while also maintaining stable job security. I want to work somewhere that has this kind of growth, it excites me to be part of something that has this kind of energy, It excites me to make contributions to a company with this kind of energy. I guess, I already have a growth mindset myself, so working for a company that allows me to utilize this, would be the perfect fit for me and my abilities.
I also appreciate the company’s transparency across their website, with multiple videos giving an inside outlook of the company.
Describe your current job responsibilities
My most recent role as an Emergency Room Scribe Entails a fast pace work environment, where you must adapt very quickly to hospital and provider demands. Patient charts are required to be filled out with meticulous detail and accuracy. This position has allowed me to develop successful work ethic under pressure, with a constant self-driven mindset for exceptional patient outcomes.

I hope to progressively reach new milestones within the Business Development position, and eventually utilize the company’s provided training and certifications while also continually providing exceptional results in my current position to be the perfect candidate for advancement into management and leadership positions. That is my top career goal right now, and it is a significant priority to me to excel in this career path.
