Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an account executive?
I am someone who is extremely detail oriented, which helps me have strong organizational skills.
I have an extensive history working with different professionals, to create successful results, and to create successful relationships.
After reviewing the job description on Linkedin, I connected a lot of the job responsibilities with my own experiences,
I’ve personally developed excellent customer service skills over the years, and I understand how important this is to your company’s franchise relationships.
I’ve worked independently and with groups of professionals to successfully meet business standards and goals.
And I understand that your businesses growth is direct result of someone like my selfs ability to continually work hard, successfully complete all of my tasks and duties, and provide excellent customer service inline with company standards.
Why do you want to work for our company as an account executive?
I initially saw this job posting on Linkedin, and I wanted to do some research into your company to understand the duties at hand. Although Linkedin lists a bunch of skills that are common for applicants who are also applying for this position, I wanted to see the business and industry that I would actually apply these skills.
The company’s website showed the explosive growth that has consistently been occurring, and gave examples of big name companies within just the past 5 years. This was even highlighted in your Linkedin summary. I was impressed. I want to work somewhere that has this kind of growth, it excites me to be part of something that has this kind of energy, It excites me to make contributions to a company with this kind of energy.
I guess, I already have a growth mindset myself, so working for a company that allows me to utilize this, would be the perfect fit for me and my abilities.
What strengths do you have that will enable you to be an effective account executive
During my past experiences, I’ve found myself to excel in a few areas.
I am goal oriented, self motivated, and I’m adamant about making useful contributions to any team setting. These qualities all allow me to have an ongoing drive to succeed within any environment.
I am very personable, passionate, and I favor creating authentic conversations, which all leads to effective communication skills, and long lasting relationships.
And I am highly organized, and attentive to detail, which stems from a lot of my past experiences, such as assisting with government work, or writing delicate details about trauma patients, all requiring virtually no mistakes.
How will you start and end interview to wow them
I will start by bringing a clipboard and paper to the interview.
At the end of the interview, I will have written down all the questions in order of most rememberable answers to least. Then, at the end ill ask him to tell me the most rememberable thing about me and the interview. And ill have list but #1 is empty and then ill give him the clipboard with my guesses. He will ask about #1 and ill say the fact that i gave him that clipboard, shows that his answer was not black and white, and that even though he gave me a __ answer, the world isn’t just black and white.
