if the interview relates to Terrorism / the officer reasonably believes that disclosing their name may put them in danger when recording a VRI - it can still continue but can have their back to the camera and use their warrant number and the station they are attached

Does Code F enforce visually recorded interviews?
A
No but it offers examples of where a video recorded interview may be appropriate:
- when the interview is with a deaf person
- with anyone who requires the presence of an appropriate adult
