If sufficient runway is available land straight ahead
if insufficient runway remains maintain safe airspeed, make shallow turns to avoid obstructions, flaps as required
if sufficient altitude has been gained to attempt restart, maintain safe air speed

Check electric pump is on
Check mixture is rich
Carburetor heat On
if power is not regained proceed with forced landing
