One of the accomodative surface values, referring to Smooth Interpersonal Relationship, or SIR, as coined by Lynch (1961 & 1973). This attitude is primarily guided by conformity with the majority
Pakikisama and Pakikipagkapwa
One of the societal values that means “leave it up to God” and it is used as an expression, almost universally, in Filipino culture. Filipinos engage in this attitude as a culture-influence adaptive coping strategy when faced with challenging situations

One of the societal values that means concurrent clashes, that refers to the ability of the Filipino to undertake revolutions and uprisings against a common enemy

One of the societal values that means dignity, actually refers to what other people see in a person and how they use that information to make a stand or judge about his/her worth
Karangalan
One of the societal values that refers to the external aspect of dignity, that may refer to how other people judge a person of his/her worth. This compels a common Filipino to conform to social norms, regardless how obsolete they are.

One of the societal values that refers to the internal aspect of dignity; may refer to how a person judges his own worth

One of the societal values that is translate to justice, that actually refers to equity in giving rewards to a person
Katarungan
One of the societal values that means freedom and mobility. This may clash with that less important value of pakikisama or pakikibagay (conformity)

Ito ay ang pagsunod sa atas ng mabuting asal ayon sa kaugalian sa pakikipagkapwa
Pakikitungo
ang pagsang-ayon ng mga kilos, loobin at salita ng isang tao sa kanyang kapwa. Ito ay hindi kailangan taos sa kalooban.

mga kilos, loobin at salita ng isang tao na nagpapahiwatig ng ganap at lubos na pagmamahal, pagkakaunawa at pagtanggap sa minimithi bilang sariling mithiin din.

mga kilos, loobin at salita ng isang tao na nagpapahiwatig na panatag ang kanyang kalooban sa kanyang kapwa.
pakikipagpalagayang-loob
ang paglahok at pagsama sa gawain ng ibang tao dahil sa pakikipagkaibigan o dahil sa maraming ipakinabang sa hinaharap o siyang hinihingi ng pagkakataon.
pakikisama
Tumutukoy din ito sa pakikitungo sa maraming tao at higit na malapit sa pakikiisa.
