Oxygen therapy in COPD exacerbation

A

If not critically unwell: start with 24-28% via Venturi, titrate to sats of 88-92. Escalate for NIV if persisting T2RF despite oxygen and Tx

If critically unwell: Start with 15L/min non-rebreathe, titrate down to venturi if they improve to over 88-92 sats
