information received by the senses

how the mind encodes, processes, stores, and retrieves information
What is the output?
behaviour, decision, or emotional response

behaviourist
How do behaviourists view people?
a ‘black box’
What is the ‘black box’ theory?
what is imposed on the box = stimuli
what comes out of the box = responses
