Each Overhead Stowage compartments has:
• One or Two doors with a latch on the bottom edge of the door.
opens upward and give access to the compartments from the aisle.
• Has grip rail installed.
Special Damper Hinges
- Special Damper Hinges- Control the opening and closing speed of the door
- And Holds the door in fully open position when the door is unlatched.
Overhead Stowage Compartments
Operation (TO OPEN)
- Lift the latch until the overhead compartment door is unlatched.
- Keep the hand away from the latch. It will open automatically.
Overhead Stowage Compartments
Operation (TO CLOSE):
1) Swing In the Overhead Stowage Compartment.
2) Push the Overhead Stowage Compartment door against the housing until the latch snaps into place.
Overhead Stowage compartment is installed in?
Installed above the seat rows in the cabin.
