sinus tachy. also, wide complex tachy and prolonged QT interval.
what are the clinical features of serotonin syndrome
congnitive- confusion, agitation
autonomic- hyperthermia, diaphoresis, tachy
Neuromuscular- MYOCLONUS, hyperflexia, rigidity
