What is over active bladder
It’s a false signal from the bladder telling you that it’s full and you need to empty your bladder
The bladder starts to contract early before it full, or reached it’s maximum capacity.
What are the name of the medicine given in stress incontinence and it’s side effects
Duloxitin: anti depression
Works by increasing the amount of mood enhancing chemicals in the brain.
Side effects: sickness, dry mouth, constipation headache, feeling sleepy.

Action of Mirabegron
Mirabegron is a potent and selective agonist of beta-3 adrenergic receptors. The activation of beta-3 receptors relaxes detrusor smooth muscle during the storage phase of the urinary bladder fill-void cycle, which increases the bladder’s storage capacity thereby alleviating feelings of urgency and frequency.
