the population is such that it can maximise the benefits from the resources available. its only when we have optimum population that we can maximise the quality of life.

the resources cannot sustain the population. quality of life will decline thru unemployment (not enough jobs compared to how many ppl), pollution/degradation of the environment

A
the population cannot fully utilise the resources available. quality of life can only slowly be improved. need more ppl to work as there are too many jobs available and improvement is slow. (might be wrong)
