A

> 8cm for premenopausal women
5cm for postmenopausal women (as malignancy risk is higher)

The complexity of the cyst on USS (ultrasound)

  • solid, complex
  • septae, complex
  • bilateral disease
  • free fluid, indicates ovarian cancer
