What is stage 1 ovarian ca?
1: limited to the ovaries or fallopian tubes
How many sub-classes in stage 1 ovarian ca?
3 (A, B, C)
What is stage 1A ovarian ca?
1A: confined to one ovary or fallopian tube, intact, no tumor on surface, no malignant ascites
What is stage 1B ovarian ca?
IB: both ovaries or fallopian tubes involved, intact, no tumor on surface, no malignant ascites
What is stage 1C ovarian ca and how many subclasses?
3 subclasses.
1C: one or both ovaries/fallopian tubes, capsule not intact
What is stage IC1 ovarian ca?
IC1: surgical spill, negative ascites
What is stage IC2 ovarian ca?
IC2: ovary already ruptured, negative ascites
What is stage IC3 ovarian ca?
IC3: ovary already ruptured, + malignant ascites
What is stage II ovarian ca?
II: extension in the pelvis, below the brim, or peritoneal ca
How many sub-classes in stage II ovarian ca?
2: A and B
What is stage IIA ovarian ca?
IIA: spread to uterus or fallopian tubes
What is stage IIB ovarian ca?
IIB: spread to pelvic structures below the pelvic brim
What is stage III ovarian ca?
III: spread to peritoneum outside of the pelvis or mets to LN
How many sub-classes for stage III ovarian ca?
3: A, B, C
A: A1, A2
A1i, A1ii
What is stage IIIA1(i) ovarian ca?
IIIA1(i): spread to retroperitoneal LN + peritoneal metastasis <10mm
