    ~ Punctures
    ~ Bulges/bumps associated w/ tread sidewall separation
    ~ Sidewall cuts that penetrate the cord
  • Tires have tread depth less than 4/32 on steering axle; 2/32 on any non-steering axle
  • Wheels/Rims deficiencies:
    ~ Bent, broken, or cracked lock rings
    ~ Cracked, broken, or elongated bolt holes
    ~ Loose, missing, broken, or stripped fasteners
    ~ Weld deficiencies
