Using kulhads as disposable cups to serve tea in trains proved to be a bad idea. why
The impact caused by the disposal of millions of these cups on a daily basis caused a serious environment concern and disposable Kulhads, made of clay, were used instead. However, this resulted inloss of the fertile top-soil and hence was discontinued and has now been replaced by disposable paper cups.
