then chemo or resection for the lungs

A
- rarely manifested as primary liver tumors
- must always be considered metastatic lesions
- Angiosarcoma is probably the best-described primary hepatic sarcoma
- association with vinyl chloride or Thorotrast exposure.
- Angiosarcoma typically is manifested as multiple hepatic masses
