  • rarely manifested as primary liver tumors
  • must always be considered metastatic lesions
  • Angiosarcoma is probably the best-described primary hepatic sarcoma
  • association with vinyl chloride or Thorotrast exposure.
  • Angiosarcoma typically is manifested as multiple hepatic masses
