A

S88, Fire Service Act 1975

  • Unlawfully interfered with any fire alarm
  • Knowingly covered up any hydrant making its position difficult to ascertain
  • Knowingly obliterated or removed any sign marking a hydrant
  • With intent to deceive, impersonated a member of the fire service
  • Fine only, non arrest.

  • Resisted, deceived or knowingly obstructed any person in the execution of their duty conferred or imposed in this act.
  • Unlawfully interfered with any equipment at or in the vicinity of a fire, suspected fire or other emergency
  • Knowingly gave or caused to be given any false alarm of fire.
  • Imprisonment, arrest.
