Affect
The outward display of emotions.

Hypervigilance
Excessive alertness to potential threats, common in PTSD.

Inability to resist urges, e.g., gambling disorder, kleptomania.
Neurosis
A term for mild mental disorders involving anxiety or distress.
Psychomotor agitation
Excessive movement due to mental distress.
Psychomotor retardation
Slowed speech, movement, and thought processes, common in depression.
Ruminations
Repetitive, obsessive thoughts often seen in anxiety and OCD.
