- now extended to anuy structure
- can be in day
- simlutlaneous felonious intent

the malicious burning of the dwelling house of another
- malicious mean acted purposely, knowingly, recklessly in the action that involved a sub risk of burning
- must be charring of the actual structure- smoke damage or burning personal property is insufficient
can be residential or comemrcial building (modern approach)

intentionally (knowingly or purposely) taking ones property with the intent to permanently deprive the owner
specific intent crime

A
intentionally receiving or possesing property that one knows is stolen, with intent to permantly deprive the owner
specific intent crime
unreasonable belief but would prevent conviction for the crime!
