Splash of Coca-Cola

Stir all ingredients with ice.

Muddle lime in Highball glass. Rim with salt and add ice. Build the drink over the ice and stir gently

1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Gin
Soda

Muddle cucumber and simple in tin. Add remaining ingredients, shake with ice. Fine-strain into Highball glass, top with soda. Garnish with Mint and Cucumber.

1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice (or combination of both)
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients except Bitters with ice and strain into glass. Garnish the glass with a dash of Bitters.

3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Soda Water
1 Egg White

Combine Lemon Juice and Sugar until dissolved. Shake with Sloe Gin, Egg White and ice and strain into glass filled with ice. Fill with Soda Water.
