Ant- inserts on lesser tubercle and med rotates
Post- inserts on greater tubercle and lat rotates

Function- stabilises GH joint through force couples in coronal/transverse planes

Ant border- inner aspect of pec major
Med border- serr.ant, thoracic cage

Neurovascular bundle in brachial plexus has med/lat/post cords and axillary artery in an Axillery sheath with Ax vein outside.
