Clotrimazole, econazole or micronazole. All are equally as effective with pessary and intravaginal cream being most effective
Alternatively fluconazole 150mg capsules can be offered
How frequent does a woman need to experience vaginal thrush to justify a GP referral?
More then 2 cases in 6 months
