Good Kings of Judah
Jehoshaphat (1 Kings 22) - did what was right in the sight of the Lord.
Hezekiah (2 Kings 18-20) - 14th king, 29yr reign, religious reforms, purified temple, reestablished Passover, destroyed high places, victory of Assyrians, relationship with Isaiah.
Josiah (2 Kings 22-23) - 8yr old, 31yr reign, “Book of the Law” found in temple, great reform, destroyed high places, celebrated Passover in grand style.
Bad Kings of Judah
Rehoboam (1 Kings 12) - son of Solomon, 1st king of Judah, adds to the yoke of the people that leads to division.
Manasseh (2 Kings 21) - 12yrs old, 50yr reign, did much evil in the sight of the Lord, erected high places and altars to Baal that his father Hezekiah had destroyed.
Zedekiah (2 Kings 24-25) - last king of Judah, 11yr reign, did evil in the sight of the Lord.
Bad Kings of Israel (All of them)
Jeroboam (1 Kings 12) - 1st king of Israel, golden calves, non-Levitical priesthood.
Ahab (1 Kings 16) - married Jezebel, Baal worship.
Hoshea (2 Kings 17) - last king of Israel, did evil in sight of the Lord.
