Cozen’s test - if +ve…
Flex elbows at 90 degrees, make a fist, deviate wrist radially.
+ve (pain/ symptoms elicited) suggests epicondylitis
Radial nerve neuropathy findings
Wrist drop - weakness of finger and wrist extensors
Triceps weakness (if lesion high up arm)
Short head of biceps rupture findings
Severe pain
Flexor weakness
Hx of strenuous activity e.g. weight lifting
Popeye sign =- large bulge in belly of biceps

Long head of biceps rupture findings
Sudden pain
Weakness of flexion at elbow
Weakness of supination
Popeye sign - bulge in belly of bicpes
Risks if mid-shaft humeral fracture

- Brachioradialis weakness (contributes to elbow flexion)
Ewing’s sarcoma X-ray findings
Lytic lesion
‘Onion skin’ periosteal reaction
Child, bone pain, fatigue/ lethargy, systemic features
