What is an isometric drawing?

A 3 dimensional drawing showing length, width and height. Consists of lines drawn either vertically or at a 30° angle from the horizontal line.

What are orthographic views?
A
They are two-dimensional and retain the same scales as the isometric drawing.
Shows front, top and right side views.
